I would give zero stars stopped over there and the lady didn’t offer me anything to drink and talking loudly on phone entire time poor customer service do not go here no one was there anyways it was so awful

Stopped in this past Sunday night. The guy working i believe his name was Sum. Great hospitality, highly recommend this place!

The operator at this place made me very uncomfortable. Since I won a large amount of money he asked me to hand over my id a second time and proceeded to take a picture of my license on his personal phone. How do I know you will be protecting my information and that your phone or information on your phone doesn’t end up lost or in the wrong hands or perhaps your kids or family at home accidentally send my id to whomever or misuse it. I regret allowing you to do this and feel that you invaded my privacy. Not even the gaming machine operator took a pic of my ID. It’s one thing to look or even use a commercial company Id scanner it’s another thing to use your personal cell phone and have a saved pic of my license on there. I will take further action.

Machines were not hitting on a Saturday evening. Attendant did not clean machines after use, dirty/empty water bottles at all machines & restroom was dirty. Nicer places in the area to visit . . . won't be back.

The atmosphere is nice the owners were very friendly.. the machines were paying. I heard them going in the bonus a lot. Will be going back.
